1. No Refunds

All sales of U-Core services, subscriptions, licenses, and digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, non-use, partial use, technical issues on your side, or dissatisfaction with the service. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

2. Digital Products and Services

Our offerings (including but not limited to CMS licenses, DDOS protection, antihack protection, systems, and related services) are digital or subscription-based. Once access is granted or the service is delivered, no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product or service meets your requirements before purchasing.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period; no refund will be given for the unused portion. Renewals are charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date; we do not refund renewal charges.

4. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reading product and service descriptions, checking compatibility, and making an informed decision before payment. We are not liable for any loss or disappointment arising from your purchase. Disputes or chargebacks initiated against us in violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to services.
